Meet Michelle Carite: South Jersey Real Estate Agent

With nearly 20 years of experience, Michelle has taken the industry by storm. She is innovative and creative, knowledgeable about the industry, and passionate about her client's needs.

Michelle grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before moving to Southern New Jersey in 1985. Here she raised her 4 children in Mount Laurel and was always actively involved in the community and schools. When her youngest was in high school, Michelle took the plunge, left her position as an Account Executive for a large cosmetic company, and received her real estate license. She started her career at Century 21 Alliance, where she was the rookie of the year in her first year in the business. From there, she took off and soon became part of the elite group of realtors in the Burlington and Camden county neighborhoods. When an opportunity arose, Michelle moved her business to Re/Max before entering into being a core investor of the Keller Williams Moorestown office. Here she not only continued to build her business and her use of technology to market homes but helped build a large office of some extraordinary agents in the area.

Now Michelle has navigated her way to Weichert, which houses some of the best and most knowledgeable agents in the business.

“When it comes to selling your home, myself and my team promise to provide full service. I will help with accurate pricing, staging, and marketing your home so that you get the best exposure to potential buyers.” Along with Michelle’s passion and expertise, she has a team of agents and unique tools provided by Compass to create one of the best selling experiences you could ask for.

But she does not stop there. Michelle has a passion for both sellers and buyers. “As for buyers, myself and my group of agents are experts in a very large territory and will be more than happy to search to find you a home that meets your needs. We are very detailed and make sure to put the clients needs first and foremost.”

“My clients become an extension of my family. And like family, it is important that they are a priority and their best interest are on the top of my list. I sincerely look forward to working with you in this process.”

Nicole (Nikki) has been working with clients along side of Michelle Carite for over 17 years. Though truth be told, she is also Michelle’s daughter, so she has had a front row seat watching her mother grow personally and professionally all her life. After going to school for Art Education, while teaching, she was working part-time as a realtor. It came second nature to that career and hours, not to mention her prior years of sales experience while in college. However since being very passionate about sales, Nikki left the education industry and began a career in the pharmaceutical and medical device sales, holding multiple awards and accolades for her successes. Earning a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration on Marketing and Organizational Leadership, she now has recently left that industry to work full time as the Marketing Manager and Realtor for the Michelle Carite Group. She resides in the Stanwick Glen neighborhood of Moorestown with her husband, Chris, and their five children. She has sold everything from land to new construction, multi-units to condos, forever homes to vacation homes. She is well versed and trained by the best in the process of marketing your home.
Born in Paterson, New Jersey some years ago, he met and married his wife of fifty-four years, and was blessed with three wonderful children. During a rather lengthy career in the automotive and equipment leasing industry, which spanned some 30 years, he transferred from New York to southern New Jersey. He then continued in the Leasing Industry until the late 1990’s when he made the decision to change careers and began working directly for the Diocese of Trenton as Advertising Manager for their weekly publication, “The Monitor”. During this time he began studying to become a permanent Deacon in the Catholic Church. Ordained in 2006, he continued working for the Diocese of Trenton until early 2019. His son Eddie convinced him to get his real estate license and work with him in the Real Estate Industry. It was an invitation that Ed couldn’t pass up. Although this was a new direction for he knows his past experience will be a great asset. He began in early 2022 for the Michelle Carite Group. Never forget “two Ed’s are better than one”.

Ed’s interest in real estate started when growing up in Brigantine, NJ. Nothing drives real estate like the Jersey Shore, so one can understand how an ambitious young graduate would want to get into real estate. However, over time his career took him in a different path of sales, this time in the Energy industry. After retiring from South Jersey Industries as a Sales Manager in 2015, Ed decided to take his new found free time and dive back into the industry he originally loved. He has worked alongside of Michelle since 2016, mainly focusing on buyer’s needs. “If I take the time to reflect on my life experiences, it is apparent that I sincerely enjoy helping people and have done so for my entire life. I bring that attitude to each and every new client. Many of my clients will tell you, my comment during our first house showing is, “This is the fun part! It will become more challenging, but I will make it seem easy while you are searching for your perfect home”. Ed resides in the Powell’s Mill neighborhood of Lumberton with his wife Patty. He loves taking moments when not showing houses, to be a grandpa and spend time with his family.
Eddie was born and raised in Moorestown, NJ. After graduating Moorestown High School he joined the US Navy. He was stationed in Norfolk, VA and served on three consecutive destroyers, the USS Stump, USS Laboon, and USS Gonzalez as a Second Class Petty Officer. While in the US Navy he served as a Gunner’s Mate. After leaving the US Navy he made a career decision to go back to his South Jersey roots where he pursued a degree in education and history. Eddie is passionate about helping people so after teaching and coaching for a few years he pursued a real estate license. He started his career with a local brokerage which helped teach him the ropes of the industry, moved to Compass to join Michelle’s team and is now ready to take his business to the next level with Weichert Moorestown as his partner. He is set to use his knowledge to leverage the tools and technology while better serving his clients. When not working Eddie spends his free time enjoying his family, especially his nieces and nephews, his best four legged friend Max. He also has a deep passion for Philadelphia Sports and loves to cheer them on. He is very involved with Our Lady of Good Counsel Church here in Moorestown where he has been a parishioner since birth and his dad is a permanent deacon.
Katie comes to the industry with a family background in real estate. Her dad has been involved in the real estate business for over 45 years through corporate relocation. He is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. So it was in her blood to get into the game! Katie became more interested in real estate recently while looking for her own new home. Growing up in Mount Laurel, Katie and her family were actively involved in Mount Laurel sports. Katie and her two brothers all played competitive soccer in the area throughout their childhood while their dad coached them. After high school she attended University of Maryland on a full scholarship to play soccer, majoring in Elementary Education. Currently Katie also works as a second grade teacher in Evesham. This is her 16th year as a teacher. She resides in Haddonfield with her husband, Max, and their three children Reid (7), Ryann (5), and Jack (1). Their summers are spent at their family home in Stone Harbor, NJ so she is very familiar with all parts of South Jersey, inclusive of the shore. Katie is very passionate about health and fitness. She loves being outside, spending time with her family, and finding new ways to challenge herself.
Laura initially got involved in real estate through investment properties. Her previous career was engineering and project management, with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and A masters in Business Administration from Rutgers. After 12 years in engineering, 5 of which she owned and ran her own project management business, she stepped away from the workforce to become a stay at home mom to her two boys. However, a career in real estate provided flexibility to manage a better work life balance , and buying and maintaining rental properties throughout South Jersey, including the shore, has given her knowledge of multiple areas of the market. Laura resides in Moorestown with her husband John , and two sons, Jack and Chase. When she isn’t on the sidelines of her boys’ baseball , basketball or football games, Laura enjoys reading , golfing and spending as much time as possible on the beach.

Mike is a South Jersey native who has a passion for helping people achieve their goals. Mike
returned to New Jersey 6 years ago after spending 15 years in Maryland. Mike attended Towson
University in Baltimore, where he earned a degree in psychology followed by a masters in
education from Loyola University. He is currently a Professional School Counselor at
Cinnaminson High School and a Board Certified Counselor.

Mike's return to New Jersey is where his interest in real estate began. He successfully managed
the rental of his former home for 6 years, never having a vacant month and selling it the first day
on the market. That valuable experience motivated Mike to look further into a career in real
estate.

Mike is skilled in communication and looks forward to helping clients understand the intricacies
of home buying, selling, and investment transaction. Through honest and proactive
communication, Mike ensures his clients are confident that they are getting the best customer
service available and understand all parts of the transaction.

Personally, Mike is the father of Olivia and Carter and can often be found at their many athletic
events in Medford. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, the
beach, home improvement, working on his vehicles, peloton and all things Philadelphia sports.
